Below is an overview of our simple process for End Point Assessment, from registration to certification.
We arrange an initial contract discussion with our team where we will agree an EPA model that works for you. Once contracted you are set up on our easy to use EPA Pro system and receive an induction call from your dedicated Relationship Manager, following which you can work through our simple 6 steps to EPA as outlined below.
Registration
We do not charge for registrations and encourage providers to register their apprentices from the start of their programme. As a minimum apprentices are to be registered 60 days prior to their expected gateway date. Registrations are completed on EPA Pro and our Relationship Management team are here to support with this process.
On-Programme Support
Access to daily support through Relationship Manager, Technical team and head office support. Regular webinars and support materials and resources including mocks and EPA preparation tools on EPAPro
Gateway
Gateway documents uploaded to EPA system to complete the gateway review. Our team are only one phone call away to help you do this correctly. Best bit – we don’t charge you anything until the gateway is fully audited and approved by our team.
Booking Assessments
We ensure scheduling assessments is as simple and straightforward as possible by using EPA Pro to book and manage all assessments. As always our team are on hand to answer any questions and provide that all important personalised support.
Assessments and Result
Assessments are carried out as planned. Results and a record of achievement are completed and available on EPA Pro for each assessment component along with final grading results and feedback from the End-point Assessor within 10 working days
Certification
We claim the certificate within 15 working days after the final grade is published on EPA Pro. The apprenticeship completion certificate is then sent to the employers address.
